INOV is developing and implementing a Quality Management System that will be submitted by the end of the year to certification under NP EN ISO 9001:2015.
Adopting a system to ensure quality management at INOV is a global process involving the entire team and that will allow the organisation to improve its operation through a greater focus on the beneficiaries of INOV’s activity. This process will force to reflect on the needs of INOV and its context in order to define clear objectives and monitor them to identity nonconformities that affect INOV’s overall performance.
Within the scope of this process two training sessions already took place in order to inform INOV’s team on the objectives and added value of the certification NP EN ISO 9001:2015 of the Quality System Management.
