Water telemetry system

Objective

Study and develop a fluid counting ecosystem (mainly water and potentially other fluids). It is intended to develop an automatic, modular, energy efficient and independent system using innovative energy harvesting techniques, sufficiently generic and adaptable (including to meters already installed) that allow obtaining the counting data available in the most common residential and industrial water meters, in its various typologies.

Include an alarm component, transmitting the collected information to the central server, through low-power and low-cost networks, with high reach and penetration, dedicated to the Internet of Things, or through the usual mobile networks. Efficient middleware will process, store and manage data, whose access will be available through an API that will allow easy integration with the current user management systems, or through a practical and intuitive frontend.
